The Lodge at Seven Oaks is located on 150 acres of beautiful timber in the scenic Des Moines River Valley conveniently located on Highway 30 only minutes from Ogden, Boone or Ames. Situated at the bottom of the ski trails, The Lodge has a sixteen foot vaulted ceiling and natural knotty pine interior which provides a relaxed and private atmosphere for your wedding or special event. There is a kitchen, seating for approximately 300 people and a bar with a full line of locally brewed beers, domestic beers, wine and mixed drinks. We have ample parking and a very large open lawn, privacy and a beautiful view.

EXCLUSIVE ALL DAY ACCESS: 8:00AM to 12:00AM – We are ready for you and your wedding party to be here ALL DAY!
DAY BEFORE ACCESS: Not only can you decorate the day before, you can host your rehearsal dinner with friends and family!
EVENTS TEAM: On-Site Events Team both for your planning process & Day of Event.
EVENT SET-UP & CLEAN UP: Yes, that’s right – both set-up AND clean up is INCLUDED!
ON-SITE DRESSING AREA: Three hair/make-up stations with large mirrors, large hooks for dresses/tuxes, sitting space for snacks/lunch, and private bathrooms. You couldn’t ask for a better place to get ready for your wedding!
ON-SITE CEREMONY: Why go somewhere else? We have THREE areas for your wedding ceremony based on your vision.
SPACIOUS FLOOR PLAN: The Lodge can seat up to 215 guests approx. while the Conference Center seats 200 guests approx.
OUTDOOR COURTYARD: A lighted courtyard with seating sits nestled between The Lodge & Conference Center – with access to a fire pit!
PARKING: You won’t have to worry about not having space – we have PLENTY!
STAFF PROVIDED: All staff: Bartenders, Bussers, Events Staff – INCLUDED!
FULLY STOCKED BAR: Coal Creek Lounge has a variety of craft and domestic beers, seltzers and ciders, wine and liquor for you and your wedding guests to enjoy!
OPEN CATERING POLICY: Our Kitchen is set up for your family, friends or caterer – NO kitchen fees!
VENDORS: No research for you! We have worked with many wedding vendors and have chosen our favorites! Of course we also love to meet new vendors!
PHOTO OPS: A field? A Grove of Trees? A Ski Lift? A Pond? Access to the river? THE ENTIRE RIVER VALLEY? We have so many opportunities for breathtaking wedding photos!
NO FEES OR SERVICE CHARGES: Who needs those extra fees? You don’t!
CUSTOMIZABILITY: That’s not all…It’s your big day and we know every couple is different. That’s why we offer many choices and upgrades for you to choose from. From picking wedding favors, customizing your wedding package, timeline building to choosing multiple table linen colors (at no extra cost!).
